You may assist cadets with navigating the challenges of ROTC training, help them prepare for commissioning as officers and offer insights into military life and career progression. Your role is to be a trusted advisor, offering encouragement, sharing your network and helping cadets develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their future military and civilian endeavor.
